Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands vision and mission to your team and customers.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty and engage with customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Promote the store and brand image and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
