Job summary

UGG in Chesterfield is seeking a Seasonal Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations, including receiving, organizing, picking and transferring merchandise across the store and distribution centers. You will maintain a neat, secure stock area while supporting store leadership.

You will train stock associates, uphold safety standards, assist with store merchandising, and deliver excellent customer service on the sales floor by sharing product knowledge and maintaining a positive environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom area and organize, receive, count, and transfer merchandise.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing stock associates.
• Ensure stock processes align with safety and security standards.
• Display product on sales floor and follow Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge on the floor.
