Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences for the UGG brand in-store. You will greet customers, communicate brand initiatives, and drive loyalty through knowledgeable service.

You’ll manage the cash register, stock inventory, and maintain merchandising standards while promoting a positive, energetic store environment. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail, strong communication, team orientation, and multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Excellent team building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications.
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Address customer questions accurately and respond to needs before they leave.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately; check inventory daily.
• Ensure products are stocked and merchandize according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean back-stock area and employee break area.
• Promote the store and brand image and adhere to a dress code.
• Support a positive work environment and recognize outstanding performance.
