Deckers Brands’ UGG division is seeking a Sales Lead to create the best possible shopping experience for every guest. You’ll stay informed about all products, promotions, and marketing initiatives while communicating the brand’s commitments to sustainability and ethics to customers.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team to reach store goals. You will guide colleagues, greet customers warmly, manage inventory and cashier duties, and ensure Visual Merchandising standards are met across the sales

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to convey Deckers Brands' vision.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and respond to inquiries.
• Operate the cash register and manage inventory daily.
• Promote the store and brand image through Visual Merchandising.
