The Royal Standard is seeking a Seasonal Sales Lead for Perkins Overpass in Baton Rouge, LA. This part-time, seasonal role blends customer service with leadership, acting as Manager on Duty when needed and assisting with store operations.

The position emphasizes achieving sales goals, supervising staff, and ensuring policies are followed while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Availability Oct–Jan, 10–20 hours per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in retail sales leader or key holder position.
• Experience in managing soft lines, interiors, gifts, or accessories.
• Ability to use NetSuite point-of-sale software.

Responsabilités

• Initiating and developing customer relationships, and resolving customer service issues.
• Operate a register to tender sales, exchanges, refunds, transfers, etc.
• Reach or exceed store sales goals and motivate staff to reach goals.
• Enforce store policies with customers and employees.
• Merchandise displays and signage to promote sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall store appearance.
• Tag merchandise and double checks for errors or corrections.
• Maintain inventory and store supply levels.
• Ensure opening and closing duties are complete.
• Online order and pick up order processing
• Delegate daily tasks to associates and supervise activities as MOD.
• Communicate with Store Manager about operations.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs, move up to 100 lbs, and up to 200 lbs with assistance.
