The Royal Standard in Lafayette, LA seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales during the October–January season. The role is part-time and seasonal, with responsibilities including assisting customers, operating the register, stocking merchandise, tagging, and supporting monogramming services.

You will maintain store presentation, assist with inventory, follow policies, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop customer relationships, resolving issues promptly.
• Operate a register and complete sales transactions.
• Aim to reach or exceed store sales goals.
• Follow store policies and procedures.
• Maintain displays, signage, cleanliness and overall store appearance.
• Maintain inventory and store supply levels.
• Tag merchandise correctly.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Assist monogramming on the monogram machine or vinyl.
• Support coworkers with store operations.
• Additional duties may be added at any time.
