Job summary

The Royal Standard in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Seasonal Sales Lead (part-time) to deliver excellent customer service while maximizing sales. This role adds managerial duties and may serve as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.

Responsibilities include assisting with schedules, handling register transactions, merchandising, and supporting store operations during the October–January season.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in retail leadership or key holder role required.
• Experience in managing soft lines, interiors, gifts, or accessories.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop customer relationships and resolve service issues.
• Operate register to tender sales, exchanges, refunds, transfers, etc.
• Reach or exceed store sales goals and motivate staff to do so.
• Follow and enforce store policies with customers and employees.
• Merchandise displays and signage to promote sales.
• Maintain inventory and store supplies; perform opening/closing duties.
• Process online orders and pickup orders; delegate tasks as needed.
