Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Sales Lead to create exceptional customer experiences in our Massachusetts store. You will greet customers, explain promotions, handle transactions at the cash register, and ensure accurate merchandise stocking while upholding visual standards.

You will train and motivate a small team, respond to questions about returns, protect company assets, and contribute to a positive, high-energy store environment aligned with our service training program.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and respond to questions; communicate the return policy clearly.
• Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean back-stock area and employee break area; promote a positive work environment by recognizing outstanding performance.
• Promote the store and brand image in all interactions and uphold safety and professionalism.
