Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Assist in achieving sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate as needed to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures, including attendance and professional appearance.
