Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs during every transaction.
• Support shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure proper presentation on the selling floor.
• Assist in meeting/s exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention, including awareness of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures.
