Job summary

Under Armour is seeking energetic Seasonal Sales Associates to support busy seasons with exceptional customer service, sales goals, and store organization. You will help front and back of store tasks, process purchases, and assist with stock duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store including point of sale and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience and work well in a team.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
