MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain an attractive store, and support daily sales during peak periods. You will engage customers, answer questions, restock merchandise, run POS transactions, and promote the MINISO Membership Program.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays and uphold brand standards while contributing to a positive team environment and store goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor; restock shelves and support merchandising guidelines.
• Operate the cash register accurately; handle payments and promote MINISO Membership Program.
• Follow store policies and assist team members with additional tasks to ensure smooth operations.
