Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, keep the store welcoming, and support daily sales operations during peak periods. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, and help locate merchandise to create a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer product questions, assist customers in locating merchandise, and process inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor; restock shelves and reflect brand standards.
• Operate the POS, handle transactions accurately, enroll customers in MINISO Membership Program, and apply promotions.
