Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain appealing store presentation, and support daily sales during peak periods. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, guide them to products, and help ensure a quick, enjoyable shopping experience aligned with MINISO standards.

You will operate the POS, handle transactions, promote the MINISO Membership, restock and organize shelves, and assist with merchandising.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays/evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and replenish inventory.
• Operate POS and enroll customers in MINISO Membership.
• Follow store policies and support team with additional tasks.
