Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in the United States is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help keep the store clean and organized during peak seasons. You’ll support daily operations, assist with stock, and participate in point-of-sale and payment processes.

This role is ideal for energetic individuals looking to earn extra income during summer or holiday breaks and to develop in a fast-paced retail environment in support of omni-channel orders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 in CA).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Recommend apparel and footwear to best meet customer needs.
• Assist with stock, store cleanliness and back-of-store tasks when needed.
• Handle POS transactions and support payment processing.
• Assist with omni-channel requests and work well in a team.
• Promote the rewards program and contribute to sales goals.
