Job summary

Under Armour is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store organized during peak seasons. You will support daily operations, assist with stock duties, and participate in omni-channel requests.

The role is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to earn extra income during summer or holiday periods.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to perform essential functions of the role.
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; support front and back of store tasks.
• Handle point of sale and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience and work well in a team.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
