Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Experience in fast-paced retail environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs’ service model.
• Participate in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, stockroom operations.
• Assist in achieving personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product launches and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, asset protection, inventory control and compliance initiatives.
