Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively assist in store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
