Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll deliver a welcoming customer experience, maintain product presentation, and support store operations with a team-driven approach.

You’ll adapt to a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and contribute to a positive work environment while staying informed on new product launches and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• A team first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture through ideas, feedback, and concerns.
• Assist in store operations including POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom tasks.
• Work with Store Management to meet and exceed personal performance objectives.
• Share knowledge about current product collaborations and brand initiatives with customers.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection and inventory controls.
