Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the Crocs service model.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visuals and stockroom operations.
• Support Store Management to meet and exceed personal performance goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product launches and collaborations.
