Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate seasonal to deliver memorable in-store experiences for our customers in Miami.

You will help drive sales, assist in store operations, and represent the Crocs brand with energy and integrity. This role welcomes energetic teammates who thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, are flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and are comfortable lifting merchandise and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Team-first approach in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback.
• Assist in store operations including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom tasks.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet personal performance goals.
• Act as a Crocs brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and initiatives.
