Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model (C.H.A.R.M).
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising and stockroom operations.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet personal performance objectives and drive sales.
• Act as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product launches and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory controls.
