Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model (C.H.A.R.M).
• Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback.
• Assist in store departments (POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visuals, stockroom).
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet personal performance goals with effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations and launches.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
