Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak days with a focus on sales, service, and store maintenance. You will help guests with video gaming needs, maintain clean and organized shelves, and ensure products are presented well on the selling floor.

The role requires availability for peak seasonal days, a friendly, team-oriented attitude, and the ability to stand for long periods. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and greet guests promptly.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and holiday sales initiatives.
• Assist in stocking, restocking, and presenting products on shelves.
• Contribute to achieving sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues as needed.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Follow all store policies including attendance and grooming requirements.
