Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking seasonal Sales Associates in Merrimack, NH. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

You may assist with stock duties and front/back of house operations, including POS and omni-channel requests. The role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth and potential transition to full-time roles.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store, work front and back of store as needed
• Handle point of sale and payment processes
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience and teamwork
• Promote loyalty through the Rewards program
• Meet attendance and scheduling requirements as per UA policies
• Support management with other assigned tasks
