Job summary

Under Armour in Massachusetts is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store clean and organized. You will support daily operations and step into stock duties when needed, with a fast-paced summer or holiday workload.

You will engage customers, recommend apparel and footwear, operate front and back of shop including POS, and participate in omni-channel requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in CA).
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Fluent in local language; basic English a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Able to perform essential functions and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable with technology and learning devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; assist in back-of-house duties.
• Operate front and back of store tasks, including POS and payments.
• Support omni-channel requests and work well with the team in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote the Rewards program and contribute to sales goals.
