Job summary

Under Armour in the United States is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store clean and organized. You will support daily operations and step into stock duties as needed during peak seasons.

Ideal candidates are energetic and motivated, ready to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends, and eager to learn about products and omni-channel processes. Opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Basic English proficiency and local language fluency.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move around store areas.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payment processes.
• Handle omni-channel requests through the digital experience.
• Promote the Rewards program and drive sales goals.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
