Job summary

Under Armour in Merrimack, NH is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales during peak seasons. You will help keep the store clean, stock shelves, and support both in-store and omni-channel requests while maintaining UA standards.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and comfortable with technology. The role offers flexible hours, a friendly team, and opportunities to transition into regular roles after seasonal periods.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as computers, handheld and mobile devices

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store, including point of sale and payment processes
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience
• Promote customer loyalty through the Rewards program
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled per attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
