Crate & Barrel is seeking a Sales Associate to guide customers in discovering pieces that transform their homes, driving sales and SPH goals through product knowledge, selling skills, and loyalty promotions. You’ll maintain a beautifully presented salesfloor, uphold signage, product care and brand standards.

You’ll collaborate with the team, support onboarding of new teammates, create a welcoming environment, and follow company policies and safety practices while delivering exceptional service

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge
• Greet customers, answer questions, process payments, and involve management as needed
• Promote promotions, offers, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor readiness
• Support onboarding of new teammates and teamwork for store profitability
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stockroom readiness
• Uphold safety policies and loss prevention guidelines
