Qualifications

• 1+ years of client-centric sales experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives to drive and exceed goals while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly, easy-to-shop experience.
• Build ongoing relationships with clients on a daily basis.

• Ensure floor coverage through effective scheduling and selling initiatives.
• Stay informed on store goals, initiatives, product launches, and guest-facing programs.
• Communicate the ALO business model across retail, yoga, and café.
• Leverage company tools and incentives to support meeting store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate guests and staff on product, community, and culture.
• Maintain daily schedule aligned with business strategy in partnership with leadership.
• Assist in processing shipments and maintaining product flow and merchandising.
