Job summary

ALO is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate in Pasadena, CA to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and applying the ALO Brand Mission to life.

You will leverage product knowledge, build customer loyalty, and contribute to a high-performing team through authentic connections and proactive service. This role requires physical movement and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity
• Engage customers and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and improve results
• Ensure front and back of house procedures align with company policy
• Maintain knowledge of store goals, initiatives, and product launches
• Educate guests on product, community, and culture
• Assist with shipment and product flow, replenishment, and visual merchandising
• Support a safe, clean, and inviting store environment
