• Accurately complete sales transactions and manage cash at registers.
• Ring items with correct price keys.
• Minimize cash discrepancies to within +/- $5 daily.
• Thank customers at the end of transactions.
• Handle difficult situations professionally.
• Follow simple drink recipes when preparing drinks.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising and display maintenance.
• Stock the floor as needed.
• Keep the store clean and debris-free.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Follow recipes and portion controls for produced items.
• Dispose of cull items and place on correct paperwork.
