Job summary

Casa de Fruta in California is seeking a Retail Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a busy retail location, deliver exceptional guest service, and lead a small team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of retail supervisory experience, strong cash handling skills, and the ability to train and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of retail supervisory or management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing employees.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned retail business during scheduled shifts.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily labor management as needed.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and training as needed.
• Oversee opening, closing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising inventory.
• Maintain attractive, organized, and fully stocked displays.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
