Kirkland’s, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience using Kirkland’s Home customer service model. You will assist with selling, cashiering, replenishing, setting floorsets and maintaining cleanliness under guidance from the store leadership.

The role focuses on customer engagement, loyalty education, accurate merchandising, and teamwork. Weekend/evening shifts may be required to meet store needs. A proactive, friendly, and dependable attitude is essential.
