Job summary

World Market is hiring seasonal associates in the United States. You’ll help create a fun, memorable shopping experience and assist customers with product selection, checkout, and store maintenance. This role emphasizes teamwork, friendly communication, and a flexible schedule.

Hourly pay ranges from $21.57 to $22.07. No prior retail experience is required, and the team supports growth and training. Reasonable accommodations are available for the application process.

• Seasonal associates receive paid sick leave (one hour for every 30 hours worked) upon hire. If offered regular employment at the end of the seasonal period, additional benefits are available dependent upon classification.

What You\'ll Do

• You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer:
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect "anything."
• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Participate in processing freight and truck unload as needed.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
