Job summary

World Market is seeking seasonal associates in Renton, WA to make shopping memorable and fun. You’ll engage customers, process freight, maintain displays, and ensure a safe, organized store environment.

Prior retail experience helps but isn’t required; a can-do attitude and strong communication are key. Earn hourly pay of $21.57–$22.07, with paid sick leave during the season and potential eligibility for additional benefits if converted to regular employment.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for a variety duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer.
• Process freight and unload trucks
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect "anything."

Hourly Pay Range is $21.57-$22.07

Seasonal associates receive paid sick leave (one hour for every 30 hours worked) upon hire. If offered regular employment at the end of the seasonal period, additional benefits are available dependent upon classification.
