Job summary

World Market is hiring seasonal associates to join a vibrant, globally inspired team in California. You will assist customers, maintain shelves, and support in-store and online pickup experiences while contributing to a welcoming, safe shopping environment.

The role emphasizes a can-do attitude, strong communication, and reliable time management. Hours are flexible to fit your life, with paid sick leave accrual during the season and opportunities for advancement.

Seasonal associates are eligible for paid sick leave accrual upon hire. If offered regular employment at the end of the seasonal period, additional benefits are available dependent upon classification.

Hourly Pay Range is $18.60-$19.10
