Job summary

World Market is seeking a seasonal associate in Framingham to assist customers, stock shelves, and create inviting displays. You’ll deliver friendly service, handle transactions, and support store operations.

We offer flexible scheduling, a 30% shopping discount, wellness resources, recognition programs, hands-on training, and comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) and more. Hourly pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.00.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Share passion and knowledge for our products to help customers find the perfect item.
• Checkout customers in-store and process Buy Online Pickup In Store purchases.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Assist with processing freight and truck unloading as needed.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
