Job Overview:

The Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service and supports the Store Manager in all aspects of retail operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
2. Accurately and promptly complete sales transactions using the POS system.
3. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe store environment.
4. Assist with merchandising and inventory management.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent, or current high school student.
2. Must be at least 16 years old.
3. Ability to complete required training.
4. Exceptional customer service skills.
5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation:

$17.27 - $18.27 per hour
