Job summary

The Seasonal Sales Assistant at Brobston Group LLC’s Woodbury Commons store will accurately process client transactions, refunds and exchanges on the POS, while maintaining precise records in the POS and CRM systems. This non-selling, support role focuses on back-of-house tasks, inventory management and ensuring exemplary customer service in a busy luxury retail environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cashiering or retail operations

Responsibilities

• Accurately process client transactions, refunds, exchanges, and staff sales on the POS system
• Collect and update client information in the database and support CRM activities
• Handle repairs, consignments and e-reservations, coordinating with warehouse and HQ
• Perform cash reconciliation, register opening/closing, and maintain transaction records
• Support inventory processes including ticketing, cycle counts, reconciliation, and stock organization
• Assist sales staff and VIC/BA clients when needed and help maintain the store image and packaging levels
• Answer phones, coordinate customer follow-up, and support ad hoc store projects

This non-selling position focuses on processing sales and returns, managing repairs and consignments, and maintaining accurate records in the POS and CRM systems. The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy luxury retail environment.
