Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor in New York to assist the store team during peak periods. You will help deliver an elevated client experience, work across the floor and back of house, and support with product flow and store organization.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, replenishing stock, maintaining visual standards, and adhering to policies while staying adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

• Retrieve merchandise, maintain product availability, and assist with replenishment and go-backs.
• Support receiving, inventory activities, stock organization, and movement of merchandise between the sales floor and back of house.
• Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide flexible team support and follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Positive, professional, dependable, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and ability to learn product knowledge and store procedures quickly.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
