Job summary

Aptive Environmental is seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented Seasonal Route Performance Specialist to join our remote team from Provo, UT. This full-time seasonal role supports routing and production tasks for multiple branch offices.

Compensation is $18/hr plus a monthly performance bonus, with up to six months of work. The role emphasizes route creation/optimization, customer scheduling, and producing daily/weekly/quarterly targets in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize, create, and maintain routes for several Pest Control Branch offices.
• Monitor production of assigned branches to ensure on-time completion daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Communicate with customers with scheduling concerns to fit them onto a route.
• Reschedule customers not serviced on their originally scheduled day.

Location Zip Code: 84604 Job Family: Routing & Production, Strategic Initiatives We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Seasonal Route Performance Specialist position located remotely. The individual we are looking for is also someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels working at an individual level. This position is not expected to continue beyond 6 months. Compensation is $18/hr + monthly performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Organize, create, and maintain routes for several Pest Control Branch offices
• Monitoring the production of assigned branches to ensure they stay on track to complete all of their production for each day, week, month, and quarter
• Work with a team of Route Performance Specialists to ensure the company completes all of its production goals for each day, week, month, and quarter
• Communicate with customers with special scheduling concerns to understand how we can best fit them onto a route
• Reschedule customers who were not serviced on their originally scheduled day

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred

• Able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations
• Utilize various customer portals to route thousands of customers daily
• Strong customer service and issue-resolution skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• A quiet and distraction-free working space
• Stable internet connection with consistent download speeds of 20 Mbps and upload speeds of 5 Mbps
• Jitter below 20 milliseconds
• Dedicate full attention to job duties during working hours
