Job summary

Logan Health in Montana is seeking Seasonal PCU RNs for a 13-week assignment. Expect 36 hours per week across 12-hour day shifts, with a 15% seasonal premium pay and multiple sign-on bonuses.

You will manage high-acuity cardiac and medical patients alongside a multidisciplinary team. Qualified candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience; Montana RN license or compact eligibility is required, ACLS and NIHSS preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license or compact license eligibility.
• 2+ years of Critical Care experience.
• ACLS & NIHSS certification preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and coordinates individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Maintains nursing standards of care and responds to changing workloads and patient conditions.
• Transcribes and implements provider orders and treatments accurately and efficiently.
• Adheres to infection control procedures per policy.
• Educates patients and families concerning health and medical needs.
