Job summary

Logan Health in Northwest Montana is seeking experienced Critical Care RNs for a 13-week seasonal ICU assignment. The role features 36 hours per week with 15% seasonal premium pay and $1,000 bonuses after 30 and 60 days plus a $2,000 completion bonus.

Starting rates for Inpatient RN positions begin at $41.78/hour, with higher rates based on experience, and Logan Health offers tuition reimbursement, certification pay, and enhanced differentials within a Magnet-ready health system.

Qualifications

• Montana RN license or compact license eligibility required.
• Minimum two years of Critical Care experience preferred.
• ACLS & NIHSS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for high-acuity ICU patients with complex cardiac, respiratory and medical needs.
• Collaborate with experienced nurses, providers, therapists, case managers and support staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Contribute to post-operative cardiac care and advanced respiratory and kidney disease care.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
