Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the Seasonal Nursing Pool in the Bethesda Hospital system, Boynton Beach. You will float to assigned areas, provide bedside nursing care, and support patient-family centered practices on a per diem basis.

Contract lengths offered include 12, 16, 18, or 24 weeks; shifts are 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with a total of 36 hours per week. This temporary role does not include PTO or eligibility for some corporate benefits.

Qualifications

• ASN credential required and RN license eligible to practice in Florida.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications (as unit requires).
• Minimum two years of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-family centered care in a high-acuity medical surgical and tele/ED holding unit.
• Perform assessments, interventions, and evaluations per care plan and standards.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure safety, throughput, and quality outcomes.
