Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the Seasonal Nursing Pool at Bethesda West in Boynton Beach. This per diem role covers evenings (7P-7:30A) in Medical Surgical, with the obligation to float to all hospital areas as needed.

Contract terms include 12/16/18/24-week options; shifts are 12 hours, three per week, and every other weekend for 36 hours total. Seasonal staff are not eligible for PTO or some Baptist Health South Florida benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certification per unit.

Responsibilities

• Float to all hospital areas as needed.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend (36 hours/week).
• Seasonal Nursing Pool staff are not eligible for PTO or certain benefits.
