Job summary

Baptist Health’s Bethesda Hospital in Boynton Beach is seeking a Direct Patient Care RN for the Seasonal Nursing Pool. This per diem role requires floating to all hospital areas, with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend during the contract period.

The position pays around $66 per hour, with eligibility constraints for some benefits. RN licensure in FL with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable is required, and ASN or higher is expected.

Qualifications

ASN/Registered Nurse license in Florida with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as applicable
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred by unit requirements
Seasonal Nursing Pool contract terms include unit float and 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities

Delivers patient-family centered care following evidence-based standards
Float to all hospital areas as needed
Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend during the contract period
Seasonal Pool employees do not accrue PTO and are not eligible for certain Baptist Health benefits
