Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Shawnee, KS is seeking a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and help maintain a well-stocked, attractive store. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking and POS duties to standards.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, support rewards enrollment, and participate in omnichannel activities such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store. Previous retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Educate customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Participate in Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
