Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Seasonal Team Member for our Seaport store in Boston. This temporary contract role runs from 10/5/26 to 1/23/27, with a $20.00/hour rate. Availability on weekends, some closing shifts, and blackout periods apply.

You will support a high-energy team, deliver a premium customer experience, and help meet holiday store goals. Ideal candidates are 18+, have retail or service industry experience, strong communication, and a passion for SKIMS products.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry.
• A passion for helping others and enjoys being a part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with feedback.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation at hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and create an elevated shopping experience.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently support customers.
• Maintain a premium brand feel with professional tone during peak hours.
• Keep the floor stocked, clean, and organized to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with POS and MPOS transactions and ensure accurate checkout processes.
• Adapt to different store zones as needed and participate in team coaching and development.
• Be proactive, curious, and open to feedback to improve daily work.
• Contribute to meeting store goals and delivering exceptional customer experience.
