SKIMS is hiring a Seasonal Team Member for South Coast Plaza to deliver an exceptional store experience during peak season. You will support our fast-paced environment, engage customers with energy, and contribute to elevated moments that drive results.

Applicants must be 18+, have retail or service experience, and be willing to work weekends and holiday shifts. This contract position offers the chance to learn the SKIMS product stories while becoming part of a passionate, customer-obsessed team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work weekends and holidays with flexible availability.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and create elevated experiences reflecting the brand mission.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently support customers.
• Maintain a premium brand feel with professional tone in busy hours.
• Keep floor stocked, clean, and organized to support operations.
• Support POS and MPOS transactions with accuracy and engagement.
• Be flexible and able to work in different store zones as needed.
• Learn from feedback and stay engaged in team development.
